Named the ‘best seaside resort town’ by the Daily Telegraph, Lymington is surrounded by outstanding natural beauty sitting on the southern edge of the New Forest National Park between Southampton and Bournemouth, ideal for exploring the magnificent coastline, the New Forest and Isle of Wight.

Lyric Place has the following layout:

 

Ground Floor

Entrance

Light, bright, entrance hall with Travertine stone flooring and coat stand, leading to the kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and lounge. Stairs lead to the first floor.

Kitchen

Modern spacious, high gloss cream fully fitted kitchen, with double oven & grill, integrated dishwasher and washer/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Seating for six people plus highchair, if required.

Cloakroom with toilet and sink.

Lounge

Large stylish lounge with two modern comfy sofas & footstool, TV with Freeview, DVD player, iPod music docking station and free unlimited WIFI access provides the perfect area to relax. Wall to wall bi-folding doors open onto an enclosed courtyard patio garden allowing the outside inside.

 

First Floor

Reading area on the landing leading to main bathroom, second and third bedroom.

Main Bathroom

Contemporary, neutral toned wet room, featuring a walk in shower, separate bath, toilet and large sink. Sleek style towel radiator and non slip tile floor.

Second Bedroom

Offers ample space with a solid oak king size bed, double wardrobe and large chest of drawers. French doors provide a light, bright, airy room.

Third Bedroom

Comprises of a solid oak single Trundle bed with second bed stored underneath to offer a twin room with single wardrobe and bedside table.

 

Second Floor

Leads to the master bedroom and second bathroom.

Second Bathroom

A further contemporary bathroom with bath and integrated shower & shower screen, sink and toilet with sleek style towel radiator.

Master Bedroom

Large bedroom with solid oak king size bed, single wardrobe, chest of drawers and television with Freeview offering a luxurious room to unwind and relax.

 

Outside

 

Enclosed courtyard patio with outdoor furniture for six people and BBQ.

External bicycle lock rack located at side of the house.

A large parking space located directly outside the house within the courtyard development.

 

Location

 

Lyric Place is perfectly situated only a few minutes’ stroll from the scenic Old Town Quay with its fishing boats, 2 large marinas, boutique shops, coffee houses and restaurants. Nearby play parks, swimming pools, including an open air Sea water baths, sailing and a 9-hole golf course offer an array of activities to suit everyone, of any age.

 

Directions

 

From M27, take juntion 1 A337 towards Lyndhurst. Follow A337 through Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst towards Lymington. As you approach Lymington, follow Southampton Road until you reach a set of traffic lights. Turn left into Avenue Road B3054 and Lyric Place is situated on the left before the turning for Lower Buckland Road. Drive into the courtyard development where parking is right outside the property.

At peak season the A337 at Lyndhurst can be very busy, however we will provide full address details at time of booking to enable you to choose the best route to reach Lyric Place.

 

Further Details

 

A New Forest Long Stay Parking Clock which provides free parking in New Forest town or coastal car parks is available to use during each stay.

Egyptian cotton bed linen and 100% cotton towels are all included.

Travel cot with mattress & cot linen, a bed guard for a single bed and high chair available.

Electricity and gas central heating included.

£200 deposit taken on time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable with the balance 8 weeks prior to the stay.

Complimentary biscuits and milk are available for guests on arrival.

Changeover day is a FRIDAY. Check in from 3pm and check out by 10am.

No smoking inside the house and sorry no pets.
